CINTRA PROD ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Protego mobile application (the "App"). CINTRA PROD is registered and operates under the laws of Poland. We are committed to protecting your privacy and clearly explaining how we collect, use, and share your information.
Information We Collect

- Registration details such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Saved addresses and locations you choose to store within the App.
- Automatically Collected Information:
- Real-time location data using GPS technology.
- Device information including model, operating system, and unique identifiers.
- Usage data such as how you interact with the App.
- Information from Third Parties:
- If you connect your account to third-party services, we may collect limited data necessary to provide integrated features.
Use of Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the functionality of the App.
- Enable location-sharing and address storage features.
- Personalize your user experience.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide support.
- Communicate important updates or notifications.
- Maintain security and prevent fraudulent activities.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information or your family's location data — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Our revenue comes entirely from paid plans for larger family circles, never from your data. We share information only in the limited circumstances below:
- With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating and maintaining the App (e.g., hosting providers, analytics services), who are obligated to keep your information confidential.
- When required by law or to respond to legal requests or protect the rights, safety, or property of CINTRA PROD or our users.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets.
Data Retention
We keep your information only for as long as it is needed to provide the App, and no longer. The periods below apply:

| Support correspondence | Up to 24 months from the date of your last message to us |
Encrypted backups may retain copies for up to a further 30 days after deletion, after which they are overwritten in the ordinary backup cycle. We may retain limited information for longer where the law requires it — for example to comply with tax, accounting, or legal obligations, or to resolve a dispute — and in that case we keep only what is strictly necessary for that purpose.
Deleting Your Data
You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from within the App, in account settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, your location history, your saved addresses, and your membership of any family circle.
If you cannot access the App, you can request deletion by emailing cintraprod@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Leaving a family circle removes your location from the view of every other member of that circle immediately.
Your Control Over Your Data
- Update or delete your personal information through App settings.
- Opt-out of location tracking at any time through your device settings. However, disabling location features may limit the App's functionality.
- Stop sharing your location with your family circle at any time from within the App, without deleting your account.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption, to protect your information. Nonetheless, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use the App with appropriate caution.
Children's Privacy
Protego may be used by individuals of all ages. We recognize the importance of protecting children's privacy and comply with applicable laws regarding the collection of personal information from minors. If you have concerns about data collected from minors, please contact us directly.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of any updates.
Regional Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data. California residents, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), have rights to request access, deletion, and information on how their personal data is shared.
