These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Protego application ("App") provided by CINTRA PROD, registered under the laws of Poland ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Protego, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Protego enables users to track and display locations of family and friends on a map, store addresses, and interact with these locations within the App.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and current information.
  • You agree not to misuse the App, including stalking, harassing, or otherwise abusing other users.
  • You must obtain consent from individuals before tracking their location using the App.

4. Privacy

5. Accounts and Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
  • You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our visual design, user interface, and unique styling constitute our intellectual property. You agree not to copy, imitate, or reproduce our unique style or visual elements.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal purposes. You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Use the App commercially or sell access to its features.

7. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create, store, or transmit using the App, including saved locations and addresses. You agree not to upload or share any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CINTRA PROD, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

9. Third-party Links and Services

Our App may include links or integrations to third-party services or websites. CINTRA PROD does not endorse and is not responsible for any third-party content, services, or websites.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CINTRA PROD does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, CINTRA PROD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
